Major Back-End Restructuring Notice

To provide you with better service, iDOC Telemedicine will be undergoing a major restructuring project on our back-end server. As such, iOS and Mac OS devices will not be able to access our Telemedicine system over the next 2 weeks (6 Oct – 17 Oct). However, our system is still available for use on Android or Windows devices. Please be informed of this temporary downtime in the meantime.

We will post another announcement should the system access be restored prior to 17 Oct.

We apologise for the inconvenience, and we look forward to providing you with our improved telehealth system.

Thank you very much.

Online Telemedicine Triage Tool

Doctors will invariably make mistakes because they are human. However, a doctor with the help of data analyses, AI and IT assistance will make less mistakes than one without such leverage.

Our new online triage tool is designed to help you determine if your condition is suitable for telemedicine. At the moment, we turn away about 1 in 10 patients. By using our online tool, this can reduce the chance of being turned away. Moreover, if your condition is not suitable for telemedicine, the tool can help redirect you to make an appointment online at a physical clinic too. The questions answered during the triage will be forwarded to the doctor you are seeing. We will be expanding this service to other partner clinics around the island over the next 1-2 months.

The more you use the tool, the more we can evaluate your anonymised data and improve our triage tool further! Click here to begin!
