Please take note that our Hong Kah Branch will only operate till 6.30 on Thursdays to allow for our staff to complete administrative duties. This is reflected on our appointment system.
An appointment is strongly recommended to avoid waiting. Please also note that registration closes 15 minutes before closing time and that we may close the queue earlier for those without appointments and redirect you to a 24h service centre or nearby clinic if there are too many patients.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please take note that the clinic will close at 12.30 instead of 2pm. Last registration is at 12.15 instead of 1.45. The queue may close earlier on short notice if there are a large number of patients and an appointment is strongly recommended.
To provide you with better service, iDOC Telemedicine will be undergoing a major restructuring project on our back-end server. As such, iOS and Mac OS devices will not be able to access our Telemedicine system over the next 2 weeks (6 Oct – 17 Oct). However, our system is still available for use on Android or Windows devices. Please be informed of this temporary downtime in the meantime.
We will post another announcement should the system access be restored prior to 17 Oct.
We apologise for the inconvenience, and we look forward to providing you with our improved telehealth system.
Thank you very much.
We are offering service on serology testing and updating of overseas COVID-19 vaccination records into National Immunization Registry (NIR). This test cost $50-65 depending on the type of vaccine you received overseas.
We will perform the appropriate serology testing to confirm that you have undergone effective vaccination. The report will indicate a Positive (reactive) or Negative (non- reactive) result.
A positive serology result implies that you have undergone an effective vaccination and your vaccination record will be ingested into National Immunisation Registry (NIR). It takes 1 to 2 weeks for the TraceTogether (TT) app to be updated.
A negative serology result implies that the overseas vaccination was not effective and may not protect from COVID-19 infection. We advise that you take the vaccination in Singapore by checking your eligibility and registering at https://preregister.vaccine.gov.sg or call the MOH COVID-19 hotline at 1800-333-9999 for assistance.
If your vaccination status is not updated after 1 to 2 weeks, you may submit a query to the TT team in charge at https://go.gov.sg/vax-status-query.
