Due to one of our doctors falling ill, there will be additional closure periods over the next 1 week for the following clinics

iDOC Hougang Closed on:

  • 20 Oct 23 Fri open AM, closed PM
  • 23 Oct Mon open AM and PM, closed Night
  • 24 Oct Tue closed

iDOC Hong Kah Closed on:

  • 18 Oct Wed closed
  • 23 Oct Mon closed AM, open PM/night
  • 24 Oct Tue open AM only, closed PM/night
  • 25 Oct Wed closed
  • 27 Oct Fri open PM/night only
  • 28 Oct Sat closed

Hong Kah Point Branch: Reduced Hours (1-2 Aug) due to Dengue

Please take note that our Jurong West branch will be opening for shorter on 1st and 2nd Aug 2022 (Mon and Tues) due to our doctor contracting dengue. Retail, administrative services and travel related PDT (ART and PCR) will continue to run.

Monday – Open Morning and Afternoon
Tuesday – Open Morning only
Telemed – Appointment only

Telemedicine services will not be affected if you have an appointment. All clinic appointment cases will be seen as usual even if it falls during the closure timing. Ensure that you book an appointment before visiting to avoid any disappointment.

Hong Kah Point Branch: Extension of Closure (4-5 Jul)

Please take note that our Jurong West branch closure will extend to 5th Jul (Tuesday) due to staff being on medical leave. Retail, administrative services and travel related PDT (ART and PCR) will continue to run. All clinic services will resume on 6th Jul (Wednesday).

Telemedicine services will not be affected.
