Please take note that our Jurong West branch closure will extend to 5th Jul (Tuesday) due to staff being on medical leave. Retail, administrative services and travel related PDT (ART and PCR) will continue to run. All clinic services will resume on 6th Jul (Wednesday).

Telemedicine services will not be affected.

Major Back-End Restructuring Notice

To provide you with better service, iDOC Telemedicine will be undergoing a major restructuring project on our back-end server. As such, iOS and Mac OS devices will not be able to access our Telemedicine system over the next 2 weeks (6 Oct – 17 Oct). However, our system is still available for use on Android or Windows devices. Please be informed of this temporary downtime in the meantime.

We will post another announcement should the system access be restored prior to 17 Oct.
