Telemedical stations open! Waiting times to be reinstated on Monday 4 June 2018!

We will be resuming seeing patients without appointments on our telemedicine system on 4 June 2018 and our first telemedical station will be available for public use on 4 June 2018 at Tampines One Mall Unity.

This will also be the first collection point apart from (iDOC Clinic Hougang Green) for telemedicine prescriptions.

Things to look forward to:

  1. New telemedical stations and collection points around the island ~ 1-2 a month
  2. Delivery Service – TBA ~ next month
  3. More clinics and doctors

Telemedicine Upgrades for the month of February

We are currently upgrading our telemedicine system for the month of February which will be ready at the beginning of March. The telemedicine and web chat may face occasional downtimes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There will also be no new health quiz for this month but the January quiz will extend to February. Please eat healthy during the lunar new year holidays.
