Allow Access for Camera & Microphone for iDOC Telemedicine

iDOC Telemedicine requires your browser to allow camera and microphone access. Please choose your browser below and allow for access.

Note that these are the current browsers supported by each device.

Allowing access on Safari (Mobile, iOS)

  1. Navigate to https://login.easycare.com.sg.
  2. Tap the “aA” icon in the top-left corner of the screen to reveal the Website Settings menu.
  3. Ensure your camera and microphone are set to Allow.
  4. Select Done, and refresh the tab before entering the chatroom again.

If you are still unable to connect the call, you may need to check a few things in the following order:

  1. Restart the Safari browser app.
  2. Make sure your camera works with FaceTime.
  3. Make sure there is nothing blocking the camera and it is clean of any dirt or smudges.

Allowing access on Chrome (Mobile, Android)

  1. Tap the three dots in upper right corner. 
  2. Open Settings. Scroll down, and open Site settings.
  3. At the top, select All sites.
  4. Open https://login.easycare.com.sg/ which should be near the top.
  5. Select Clear & reset and refresh the tab before checking in again.
  6. Once you re-enter the chatroom, be sure to select Allow when prompted to enable camera and microphone.  

If your camera and microphone are still disabled, you may need to reset Chrome permissions.

Allowing access on Safari (Desktop, macOS)

Safari will ask you to allow https://login.easycare.com.sg/ access to your device’s camera and microphone each time you enter the chatroom or refresh the page.

  1. Open Safari Preferences.
  2. Navigate to Websites.
  3. Go to Camera and Microphone tabs.
  4. Change access to Allow.
  5. Restart Safari.

Allowing access on Chrome (Desktop, Windows)

  1. Select the lock icon located near the right side of your search bar.
  2. Select the drop-down menu next to camera and microphone.
  3. Change the camera and microphone access to Allow
  4. Refresh the browser tab (CTRL + R).

If your camera and microphone are still disabled, you may need to reset Chrome permissions.

Reset Permissions on Chrome (Mobile, Android)

If you accidentally denied access to your device’s camera and microphone, you’ll need to reset your browser permissions.

  1. Open your device’s Settings app
  2. Go to Apps & App permissions.
  3. Select Chrome from your list of installed apps.
  4. Open Permissions and ensure your camera and microphone are toggled on.
  5. Restart your Chrome app before re-entering the chatroom. 

Reset Permissions on Chrome (Desktop, Windows)

If you accidentally denied access to your device’s camera and microphone, you’ll need to reset your browser permissions.

  1. While on the chatroom, click the lock icon in search bar.
  2. Open Site settings.
  3. Select Reset Permissions.
  4. Return to the chatroom and refresh the page.
  5. You’ll be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone and be sure to select Allow.
