You will not be charged if the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for telemedicine.

In case where drug stock is unavailable and we are unable to make delivery on time, our doctor may choose to waive the charges.
MCs and prescriptions will only be sent after payment is made.

To begin

1) Register and Login

On your first visit, our doctor may ask for some additional details so have your NRIC/FIN card ready.

2) Consult Our Doctor

Our doctor will be ready to answer any questions you have and formulate a treatment plan for you.

3) MC and Prescription

An email will be sent to you containing your MC and prescription after payment is made.

4) Collection/Delivery

Arrange delivery or collect at any iDOC clinic or at a selected Unity Store.

Our telemedical station times may vary depending on the dispensing hours of the pharmacy. Please refer to the dispensing hours of the individual pharmacies.

(with signs of improvement)

Medical certificate of 1 day may be provided. If you feel your condition requires more than 1 day of rest, please see a physical doctor.

Callback Appointment

Call-back service has now replaced our appointment system. Click the button below and one of our doctors will call you as soon as they are available. Callback can be done with WhatApp. If it cannot be used, a video link can be generated by the doctor and sent to you by SMS.

iDOC Clinic is able to view your health records from the National Electronic Health Record Singapore (NEHR). This allows us to view your records from NEHR approved institutions (Govt Hosp and Polyclinics). This is used during our normal and telemedical consults.
